Manages a parking lot for stray ideas that come up mid-session. Captures thoughts worth keeping without derailing the current task. Not a backlog -- just a scratchpad for unvetted, unscoped ideas.

When to Use

• Mid-task ideas: When a tangential thought pops up that you do not want to lose
• Scope creep prevention: Park the idea instead of acting on it now
• Session review: Review accumulated ideas and promote the good ones to plans
• Cleanup: Remove stale or irrelevant ideas periodically

What It Does

• Manages .claude/session-state/squirrels.md as an idea parking lot
• Supports adding, reviewing, promoting, and cleaning ideas
• Groups ideas by age during review
• Can promote an idea to a plan or task when ready

Usage

/massu-squirrels                     # Show current squirrels list
/massu-squirrels add [idea]          # Park a new idea
/massu-squirrels review              # Review all ideas, grouped by age
/massu-squirrels promote [N]         # Promote idea #N to a plan or task
/massu-squirrels clean               # Remove stale/irrelevant ideas
